We are looking for enhancement for our teams:

Oracle Database Administrator

As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for delivering holistic Oracle database solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability for our diverse clientele.

Work from home is acceptable in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 monitoring and support for client Oracle databases, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution
  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle databases across various platforms and versions
  • Implement and manage disaster recovery solutions, including Data Guard and Active Data Guard
  • Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization using tools such as AWR, ADDM, and SQL Tuning Advisor
  • Execute database migrations and upgrades, including cross-platform migrations of large databases
  • Implement and maintain Oracle RAC and ASM environments for high availability
  • Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and other Oracle utilities
  • Manage database security, including user access, encryption, and regular security audits
  • Provide expert consultation on database design, normalization, and best practices
  • Create and maintain shell scripts to automate routine DBA tasks
  • Collaborate with client teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
